In an ideal world, sure.? Everybody would be insured, Unfortunately, it’s not that black and white. In order to obtain this pie-in-the-sky insurance, it will cost us MORE money that we don’t have; this in addition to the 2 trillion that has already been spent. As of now, our dollar is completely worthless. We owe massive debts to China, and now Congress is trying to push through a massive overhaul of healthcare. But at what cost to you and I? That’s the issue that has rendered his plan worthless.

Besides, not even his own party is backing this bill. Everybody has the mentality of what the government can do for them. But in retrospect, you can’t be in somebody else’s pocket without allowing them to control you, and that’s exactly what this reform is. I’m sorry that you didn’t purchase health insurance. There are hundreds of relatively afforrdable options for you.?

Pardon me? You’re not serious, right? Healthcare reform is targeted SPECIFICALLY at the middle class. You need to do a little more reading.? The mortgage bailout has been an utter failure! There is actually more than reasonable amount of info and proof that the bailout has done more harm than good. And in fact, unemployment is at the highest it has been in the last 9 years! As of today, it is STILL going up. The stock market MAY be on the rise, but it is the natural tendency for it to do that.

If this Bill were allowed to pass, essentially? you will be sacrificing portions of your coverage so that other people who were too lazy to obtain their own insurance can be covered. In essence, YOU will be paying for other people’s hospital stays and drug addictions. As it stands now, if you don’t have insurance, you will pay for it out of pocket. That’s fair. Granted, I wish it were more affordable too, but spreading the wealth (Socialism) will not achieve that.

Oh you’re right.? Nobody, ESPECIALLY not liberals EVER said anything negative about Bush the last 8 years, or during Reagan’s tenure in office. NOPE. Completely free of guilt on that one…The funny thing is, most negative things that have been said about Obama are in regards to his ideologies and leftist tendencies. BUT, people uttered terrible and hateful personal slanders about Bush as a person and his character. The last 8 years really showed the lack of moral inclination in America.

yeah, couldn’t agree more. it’s funny that suddenly all the protesters of the last few years are calling the people protesting now “unamerican” and suchit’s? hard to convey sarcasm through typing some times, but just in case that other post was completely filled with it. don’t want people to think that’s what i really thought.
